The R-M55 Roll Bender is an electronic, direct drive, variable speed machine. These models are easy to operate with two driven bottom rolls and a manaually adjusted top roll, (please see our website if you are looking for a hydraulically adjusted 3 driven roll machine), and can be used in either a vertical or horizontal position, depending on the length of material being used.

The R-M55 has been the flagship in the Baileigh Industrial roll bender line since its introduction. It has a 2″ schedule 40 pipe capacity, which is impressive for a manual top shaft, two driven roll machine. To achieve this type of capacity, the R-M55 uses a variable speed inverter that is overload protected. This allows the operator to fine-tune the rolling speed for each material.

The R-M55 is very versatile, and can be used in any fabrication shop or even out in the field on job sites, as it only requires 220 volt, single phase power to operate.

It can be operated both the vertically for smaller rolling projects, as well as horizontally on its back, for large rolling projects, as there are feet on the bottom and back of the machine.

The R-M55 roll bender comes standard with foot pedal controls, segment rolls, and lateral roll guides to keep the material from twisting during the bend. The top roll position is manually controlled with the use of a large ratchet for more leverage, and the position is indicated on a scale for repeatable bends every time. Optional rolls can be purchased for different profiles like tubing, pipe, angle iron and much more.
Baileigh Industrial roll bender machines all come with standard section roll dies on all three shafts. These dies can readily address most square profile applications that an engineer would run into and even round profiles if distortion of the tube or pipe is acceptable. Where no distortion on round tube or pipe applications is acceptable section roller dies for your particular tube and pipe size are available. Even though the section roller dies that come standard with the machine can address most square profiles on the market custom section dies are available for square profiles reducing setup time when changing over applications.
The Baileigh Industrial R-H55 angle roller is perfect for bending round tube and pipe, sections, bar, and angle iron into large sweeping radii.

This machine uses three driven rolls that are powered by a 400 volt, three phase, 5hp motor with a direct drive transmission that offers enough power to roll 4” round tubing with a .083 wall thickness.

In order to achieve capacity like this, the R-H55 is built from a heavy steel plate that is mounted on a fully welded steel housing. Like all section benders from Baileigh Industrial, this one can be operated in the vertical mode for smaller diameters and laid on its back for horizontal bending when larger diameters are required.

The R-H55 angle roller has industrial-grade hydraulics for positioning the top roll. The DRO feature on this machine makes for easy repeatability, which is very important for those multiple piece production runs. The R-H55 comes standard with a set of segment rolls, lateral roll guides for coiling, and an easy-to-use control station.
